They're making a list, and checkin' it twice...

...and they're going to send armed thugs to your door whether you're naughty or nice.

One thing I really like about being a Texan is having John Cornyn around. While I may not agree that the issue I'm about to talk about is a First Amendment issue, it certainly does smack of the Statists' need to suppress all dissent and information, to ensure their spin is the only message heard.

GOP Senator: White House Encroaching on First Amendment

“There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.”

This, as the DNC releases this ad, which was featured on Hannity's radio show today:

Wow. First, we're terrorists in training. Now, we're "mobs" or people paid by deep pocket health insurers to unreasonably question those poor Statists. Talk about projection from the party of ACORN! These folks truly think that Obama "overwhelmingly won" the election! They honestly think that no sane person could possibly disagree with continuing down the road that will completely destroy the free market in this country. Folks, the margin of actual votes by which Obama won was pretty tight, and there is no "mandate" to wreck what's left of this once great Nation.

So while we're talking about making lists, like many folks on my blog list (and who have me listed on their lists), we've been noticing some rather fun visitor stats of late. After posting about holding Harry Reid accountable for his flat out lies regarding the August deadline set by Obama, Pelosi and the DemocRATs for passing "health insurance reform" (that's what they're calling it this week), I had a number of visits from Washington, including one from the Senate Sergeant at Arms. Frankly, I find it rather entertaining.

So, they're making a little list in Washington, and they're checking it twice. I'm sure it's just for their information though, so they can respond to those nasty lies being told by folks who want only to be LEFT ALONE. People who want simply to have an opportunity to keep their hard earned money, and to live their life in peace.

I'm sure that all those Chicago thugs that Obama has in his administration won't use those names for anything nefarious. Yeah right.

I'm having fun teasing them with posting how to make your own gun parts and grenade launchers from DOD Tech Manuals at Sipsey Street to the welcome I gave them to my little corner of the internet.

I've been walking around with a bullseye painted on my back for so long I don't care just by choice of trades and hobbies.

I don't do anything illegal, as I'm engaged in a obscure portion of the firearms trade LEGALLY, and I'm generally quite polite even when dealing with the BATFE and State Department. Got a campfire story that I wouldn't publish about how having some arms related parts cast outside of the USA led to accusations and a court battle regarding importing articles of war without a permit nor duty / taxation. (The castings were an expedient to making things from stock...save some machining time. Weren't anything remotely close to usable parts for anything without 2 weeks in a machine shop and when machined to what they were sposed to be as finished products, they still weren't anything near being firearms, capricious bastards...)

I figure, my nose is clean and I'm gonna have fun with them. Can't see any reason not to. I might call the State Department and Mitre Corpon the phone and ask them if I'm on some sort of watch list (I am I am I am, that I know to be true) and, if so, could they explain why...if I have the free time tomorrow I just might do that.

Right now I'm hassling with making drawings to send to the FTB to not be approved or be approved. I'm guessing it's got a 50/50 chance of being approved but it's easier to get a definite no now re-"drawings and intent" than bother to actually manufacture something and get shit on or mis-classified like they did to Len Savage. I'm not gonna prototype something and send it in until they get closer to a straight answer as to what I need to know or it'd just be a lot of wasted machine time, stock, cutters, and postage.

"Due to confidentiality requirement (aka, we don't want you recording us lying on the phone) all correspondence need be conducted in writing even if it's a 5 second question..."

Fuck 'em if they can't take a joke, joke 'em if they can't take a fuck.

Cheers,
Boomer Lad

Free Speech is NEVER FREE
Often Rather Spendy, at that.

I know a number of people that are turning themselves in for every last thing they say, some are submitting Democrat press releases and Obama speeches, anything at all really.

If there's one thing we know, it's easy to swamp a signal with noise. A local group here is requesting videos of local patriots "turning themselves in" for use in a montage of people who refuse to "shut up and sit down" as the President so aptly demanded we do today.

Keep clear of the crap man, and keep at 'em. And you're damned right with your last quote there. Very much like Freedom, Free Speech has a cost all its own.

Roger that, Keeping at 'em. Just sent more sunshine their way.
